Who We Are?
Rehal International Transportation Company is the leading liquid fuel & bulk cargo transporter in the Middle East with the reputation to match as a proven logistics support company.
REHAL was established in 2003 as a major fuel transporter in support of US Army in Iraq and continued to diversify its fleet and operating base to include over 450 tankers, 250 heavy flat-beds & low-beds, 40 LNG tankers, 100 buses, and 40 dump-beds, serving both fuel and bulk cargo transport activities in Kuwait and Iraq.

Strength
Our strength is our management team that acquired intensive experience working in the logistics field, with a majority of experience taking place in Kuwait and Iraq. The management team has direct fuel & bulk cargo transport experience thru working on all of our current and previous transport contracts. This experience is hard to replicate and ensures a quick and efficient transition upon customers’ request. Having worked with Honeywell, DLA, DESC, IAP & PAE in the past, many staff members understand the US government contract compliance requirements and will ensure correct actions is taken during contract performance.

Unique Strengths
Because REHAL owns its trucks and trailers, we are not dependent on unreliable subcontractors. We are also able to aggressively price our offering as we have a very clear understanding of the costs involved, and can pass that onto customers with an extremely attractive pricing structure. Nothing will impact our capacity to offer the best service at the best value to a customer. Our fleet of Mercedes, MAN and Iveco trucks are specially designed for the desert climate and maintained to operate in the harsh environments of Kuwait and Iraq.

We have transported more than 2 billion liters of fuel from Kuwait into Iraq since 2003 and over 300 million tons of cargo since 2007. Our primary fuel transport contracts include:
- State Oil Marketing Organization (SOMO) of Iraq – 1,850,000,000 liters
shipped to various electric power stations & depots in Iraq
(Dec 2004 – May 2010) - IAP World Wide Services (IAP) – Bulk & Tactical Vehicle transport between
Kuwait & Iraq in support of US Army
(Feb 2007 – 2011) - Honeywell HTSI – Bulk transport services in Kuwait in support of US Army
(Mar 2007 – 2011) - Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) – 1,000,000 liters per day
delivering to various fuel stations in Kuwait
(Feb 2008 – Current) - Rebuild Iraq Oil (RIO) as a subcontractor – 32,000,000 liters shipped to
various destinations throughout Southern Iraq
(Dec 2003 – Mar 2004) - DESC Humanitarian Fuel Mission – 230,000,000 liters shipped to various
destinations throughout Southern Iraq

Over the past 3 years, we have consistently
maintained an operational readiness rate in excess of
92%. This is an amazing accomplishment,
particularly in light of the tremendous workload of
our fleet, consistently trucking an average of 100
tankers daily and 100 flat/low bed trucks into Iraq.
We are equally as proud of our maintenance department. It is second to none and employs a core staff of long-term employees fully certified on our entire fleet of rolling stock systems and subsystems. We employ only the best mechanics and
administrators, focused on quickly and efficiently repairing or maintaining the fleet. Their primary mission focus is on keeping the fleet running with an emphasis on a long fleet life. Few of our competitors can boast of having the following organic
maintenance capabilities, which include:
- Full engine overhaul, repair, and tune-up
- Body shop with gas/electric arc/metal intergas & tungsten intergas welding,
metal fabrication, structural repair, painting, fiberglass repair, panel beating - Electrical system repair
- Tire repair
- Tanker repairs (axle work and replacement, tanker body repair, retrofitting of
meters/pumps depending on requirement) - Preventative maintenance checks and services
- Full inspection team
- Complete tool shop
- Publications library for all rolling stock, to include subsystems
- Tanker Cleaning and equipment cleaning
While the above attributes sets REHAL far ahead of the competition, our best asset is our team of drivers, convoy supervisors, and the
human resource systems we have in place to staff, train, and retain a core of professionals. They all appreciate the importance of their work and take great pride in achieving mission
success. Trained on all areas of long-haul trucking in a hostile environment, our drivers will ensure the fuel is safely delivered, on time and in the correct quantities. The convoy supervisors will lessen the
customer’s workload with proactive, professional, and precise reporting, management, and leadership of the convoys. Without a doubt, REHAL cannot be beat with respect
to our driver program.
