REHAL was established in 2003 as a major fuel transporter in support of US Army in Iraq and continued to diversify its fleet and operating base to include over 450 tankers, 250 heavy flat-beds & low-beds, 20 intested off 100 busses , and 10 dump-beds, serving both fuel and bulk cargo transport activities in Kuwait and the region.
